Introduction
Tiny File Tools is a browser-based website that provides free file tools for PDF, image, Office, QR, barcode, and data workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how the site handles files, cookies, ads, analytics, and basic visitor data when you use tinyfiletools.com.
File processing
When you upload a file, it is processed temporarily so the site can create your output file. Uploaded files and generated files are stored in temporary working folders only for the time needed to complete the job and prepare the download.
Normal cleanup aims to remove temporary files within about 15 minutes. If a job stalls or does not finish cleanly, a safety cleanup timer removes stale files at about 20 minutes. Tiny File Tools is not built to keep permanent copies of uploaded files or finished downloads.
Cookies and tracking
Tiny File Tools uses cookies. Cookies may be used to support core site behavior, measure traffic, improve performance, and serve advertising.
Google AdSense uses cookies to serve personalised ads. DoubleClick, which is part of Google's advertising network, may set cookies in your browser. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies based on your prior visits to this site and other websites.
Google AdSense disclosure
Google is a third-party ad vendor on this site. Google may use the DART cookie to serve ads to users based on visits to tinyfiletools.com and other sites on the internet.
You can read Google's Privacy Policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can review or change Google's ad and data settings here: https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
Analytics
Tiny File Tools may use analytics to understand which pages and tools are used, spot technical problems, and improve site speed, reliability, and overall performance.
User opt-out options
If you want to reduce personalised advertising, you can adjust your Google ad settings through your Google account and privacy controls. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Limiting cookies may affect how ads, analytics, or some site features work.
Data we do not collect
Tiny File Tools does not require user accounts or signups. The site does not collect account profiles, store uploaded files as a permanent archive, or keep finished outputs for long-term retrieval. Outside of basic technical logs, analytics data, and advertising data handled through third-party services, the site does not aim to collect personal data from visitors.
